Challenge 16 | Tie It On
June 09, 2015
Are you enjoying summer? Coffee on the back deck? Listening to the birds and watching the wildlife? That is what I'm enjoying on these fun summer mornings.
What are you enjoying?
NOTICE: Before we get to our challenge, we need to quickly address a little housekeeping. Our main goal at Retro Rubber is to pull out our stamps older than one year. Before, we didn't always push that, but now we will be.
We would like you to use stamps that are older than one year on all challenges. If you could, please comment as to how old your stamp is, or where you got it. If we feel that you are not following all of our challenge guidelines, you will be disqualified from our challenge.
Your cards must also be new, not something you have created in the past.
We hope that you join us and pull out those retro stamps!
Our new challenge is to Tie It On - use either ribbon or twine on your card or project. That's pretty simple peeps!!
This week, Darnell is joining us as Guest Designer. Check out her blog HERE. Here is her take on this week's challenge.
Here are some examples from the Mod Squad:
And now, it's your turn:
Thank you so much for the honor of being your Guest Designer for this challenge!! Hugs, Darnell

Congrats, Darnell! I got so excited to use my old dog stamp set that I forgot that I used a new set too so back to the drawing board! LOL!

Fabulous Design Team samples! This is my first visit to Retro Rubber and I am tickled and charmed by the "retro" photos of the design team. I have loads of retro rubber on my shelves and I'm looking forward to playing along soon!
