Tomorrow is the big day...
There Is Still Time to Play! | Challenge 1 Week 2

Challenge 1 | What's Your First Stamp?

Hello there!!

We are very excited to be here today with our first Retro Rubber challenge!!

When Jane and I decided to create a challenge blog, Jane threw out the idea of using older stamps.  I loved it.  We are always wanting new stamps (Jane and I are the worst at wanting new ones!!) and often our older stamps are forgotten.

So, we are hoping that you will enjoy the challenge of using your oldest stamps and playing along.

Challenge 1

RRBC01

Pull out your oldest stamp for this challenge.  Maybe even the first stamp you bought.  This challenge is anything goes - just use an old stamp!  As a bonus, share with us why or how you got into stamping!!

We can't wait to see what you create!!

Check out these wonderful creations from our Design Team.  Please visit their blogs this week to check out their story!!

I love this idea! We always want new things of course, but I think all of us also have our "old" favorites, that we wouldn't get rid of no matter what. This will give all of us inspiration to dig out some of those old sets and put a new twist on them. Thanks so much for doing this,I will bookmark this site for sure!

What a fun challenge! I have tons of old rubber stamps that I don't seem to use any more! Your DT samples look amazing! I am now following you on Bloglovin - I hope you add a GFC Followers button or a Follow by Email button as I hardly ever read my Bloglovin feed and I don't want to miss anything over here.

Also wanted to say... your Subscribe tab doesn't work. I love looking at your DT photos - what an adorable idea! What a bunch of cuties you are!

I submitted my card :-) It's certainly not my "first stamp" from Stampin' Up! -- but it is one of my favorites :-) I don't have very many stamps left now from when I originally started SU! 10 some years ago. I let a lot of stuff go this year in an attempt to clean out, reorganize and make room for fresh new things! :-)

Love the idea of this challenge! So want to play along!

What a great idea for a challenge! I would love to see miniature images of the submitted cards.
I will come back next week for challenge #2.
